Riileb language
The indigenous language spoken by the Riileb species hailing from their homeworld, the planet of Riileb within Hutt Space, was called Riileb. Although the Riileb could communicate in Galactic Basic Standard, moments of surprise or shock would sometimes cause them to lapse back into their native Riileb. A known word from their language is krazsch.
Development Information
The Riileb language made its initial appearance in Charlene Newcomb's short story "Rendezvous with Destiny". This story was featured in the sixth edition of the Star Wars Adventure Journal series, a collection of Star Wars Roleplaying Game supplementary materials released by West End Games in 1995. Newcomb also utilized the language in a prequel story to Rendezvous with Destiny titled "Passages," which appeared later that year in the subsequent edition of the Adventure Journal.
