Riskin, a dwarf Humanoid standing only three feet tall, held the position of commanding officer at Advance Base Baskarn. Despite his diminutive stature, this Rebel leader earned the respect of many through his tactical acumen and biting wit. His face was etched with wrinkles, and a streak of white hair adorned the center of his head. Though he possessed a reputation for being brusque, irritating, and exacting, Riskin was, at heart, quite endearing. He possessed a self-deprecating sense of humor regarding his own height, often jesting about the superior height of others.
