Riz Ahmed

Riz Ahmed, an English actor and rap artist with Pakistani heritage, was born on December 1, 1982. In Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, a film from the Star Wars Anthology Series, he played Bodhi Rook. Despite being cast as Bodhi Rook, Ahmed persistently sent audition tapes to Gareth Edwards, the director of Rogue One. Ahmed's acting credits also include roles in various other movies, such as the critically acclaimed drama Mogul Mowgli, the comedy Four Lions, The Reluctant Fundamentalist, Nightcrawler, Jason Bourne, Venom, as well as the television shows The Night Of and The OA.
