The Rydonnian Imperial Consulate, situated in the capital city of Ryell on Rydonni Prime, was both an Imperial structure and a towering starscraper. An out-of-control All Terrain Armored Transport collided with the consulate during a celebratory procession, resulting in the destruction of all transplastoid panels across the initial thirteen levels.
