Sanasiki

Sanasiki, a figure from the era preceding the Jedi Civil War, is known for the slaying of a Zabrak assassin called Nelinik. Subsequently, Sanasiki's unique weapon came into the hands of Crattis Yurkal, and it is possible that Revan later acquired it from Yurkal.
