Several queens of Naboo incorporated this mark, using the color red, as part of their royal cosmetic style; this included Padmé Amidala, as well as Jamillia, and Dalné. During the period of the Clone Wars, Neeyutnee chose to apply hers in a shade of purple, and Apailana used blue at Amidala's funeral soon after the conflict concluded. In the case of Sosha Soruna, her scar of remembrance was a dark red color and went past her lip, reaching her chin.
