Scrivinir
The Scrivinir functioned as the leader within the Centrality, a distant sector situated in the Outer Rim Territories.
History
Despite resistance to a powerful, centralized authority, the Centrality, a loosely structured coalition of commerce and security pacts within the sector, was established. It was managed by an individual holding the title of Scrivinir, a term translating to "head writer" in High Trammic.
In the year 3 BBY, Rokur Gepta proclaimed himself to be the Central Administrator governing the Centrality, and displayed the insignia associated with that role.
