The Separatist Heavy Speeder represents an experimental repulsorcraft designed by the Separatist forces during the Clone Wars. Plans were in place to conduct trials of this vehicle on Nothoiin; however, the Galactic Republic successfully executed the liberate of Nothoiin before the Separatists had the opportunity to deploy it. As the Separatist army withdrew from the planet, they abandoned the repulsorcraft, which then came into the possession of the Republic.
