The Seswenna Expansion, a hyperspace route, linked Malastare with Clak'dor VII and was situated in both the Mid Rim and the Outer Rim Territories.
This hyperspace route, the Seswenna Expansion, connected the sectors of Dustig, Grumani, Seswenna, and Mayagil. Originating at Malastare, it traversed through Darkknell and Seswenna, before its terminus at Clak'dor VII. At Malastare, it intersected with the Dustig Trace, at Darkknell, it crossed paths with the Duros Space Run, and finally, it met the Rimma Trade Route at Clak'dor VII.
Neimoidian scouts Thoax Osaax and Farge Osaax charted the Seswenna Expansion between 3701 BBY and 3699 BBY, while their rival Freia Kallea was marooned on the planet Nuvar. The Neimoidians mapped the route starting from Malastare, ultimately reaching the Rimma Trade Route south of Eriadu at Clak'dor VII.
Eventually, the Seswenna Expansion would be incorporated as part of a super-hyperroute known as the Hydian Way. As time passed, many traders using the Hydian Way started to prefer a detour, the Eriadu Bypass, and by 1004 BBY, the Hydian Way was rerouted to pass through Eriadu, bypassing Seswenna.
