This grand mansion served as the residence for Set Harth, a Dark Jedi, in the era succeeding the New Sith Wars. It was in 980 BBY that Darth Zannah, a Sith apprentice, located him at this mansion; there, she challenged him and persuaded him to become her new apprentice before she engaged her own Master, the Dark Lord of the Sith known as Darth Bane.
