A maritime shipyard used by the Rebel Alliance, representing one type among several. Docks, frequently called shipyards, functioned as military installations for the construction of seagoing vessels, such as utility trawlers, destroyers, and frigates. These facilities were utilized by various factions including the Gungans, the Trade Federation, the Rebel Alliance, the Royal Naboo Security Forces, the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the Grand Army of the Republic, the Galactic Empire, and the Wookiees.
Initially, the Galactic Empire's Naval Shipyards exhibited a basic "I-shape" design, characterized by exposed generators, minimal walls, and visible girders. These shipyards featured docking area access points on the left, right, and bottom, encompassing a total of seven docks, including the "I-like" structures.

Subsequent construction resulted in a more refined appearance, concealing the exposed wiring. The roof was also completed, featuring a sloping design along the shipyard's spine. A gate was also present in the southernmost section.

Following additional improvements, the Naval Shipyards fully enclosed all areas except for the spine, which was now equipped with a complete gate extending into the water. The two sides also featured a sloping, semi-circular design.

Upon final completion, the Naval Shipyards dwarfed their predecessors and featured an open central gate. A small panel was also added to the bottom of the southern area.
Initially, the docks exhibited a T-shaped configuration.
In its early construction phase, metallic stairs connected the main control tower to the docks, with two exterior hangars flanking each side of the tower. Eventually, a larger walkway was added to the docks, with the docks themselves positioned underneath it.
Mirroring common CIS installations of the era, the design was primarily based on Geonosis architecture.
During initial construction, the docks were partially submerged, with development and shipments occurring in a disorganized manner. Eventually, these docks were integrated, and subsequently elevated. In their final form, the docks were T-shaped and situated on elevated terrain. Ships entered and exited beneath a bridge that connected the docks to the main facilities.
The shipyards were predominantly prismatic in design, characterized by aquamarine and white color schemes.
A slender pole initially connected the docks and the main shipyard building, maintaining their separation. Later, two angular iron beams were added to connect them, and the main building was expanded to include a tower with three circular knobs at the top.
