A Sith Minion.
Prior to the reform instituted by Darth Bane, Sith Minion denoted a rank within the Sith Order. These individuals represented the lowest tier within the Sith Order's hierarchy. In many cases, they lacked any Force-sensitive abilities, and some even treated the Sith Lords as deities, offering them worship. Instances of Sith Cultists can be viewed as examples that demonstrate what Sith Minions were like.
