In the Gelgelar Free Port, Fenn was a significant competitor to Loro Ecls. He operated landing services and repair shops, called Fenn's Landing and Fenn's Warehouse respectively. In an effort to gain financial dominance over the port, he attempted to offer lower prices than his competitor. Fenn leveraged his extensive network of criminal contacts to compensate for his reduced prices.
