The Sounder Flats computer complex represented an Imperial computing installation located on Ruul, which is a planet found within the Core Worlds. This installation was positioned on the Sounder Flats area, specifically in the space between a sharply rising hill and a canyon of significant depth. For defense, it relied on two nearby Imperial installations along with a turret network. Despite these protections, they were ultimately insufficient when Brenn Tantor executed an information raid, seizing control of the complex for a duration that allowed Beri Tulon to obtain the necessary passcodes. These passcodes were crucial for approaching the AT-AT factory situated on Trasse.
