During the initial period of the Galactic Empire, Starhunter's Intergalactic Menagerie pursued and captured a scarce spotted jugadoo, only to have it liberated by the combined efforts of C-3PO, R2-D2, and Jann Tosh. This predominantly red creature, in a case of mistaken identity, perceived C-3PO as a possible partner when the protocol droid attempted to imitate the jugadoo's sounds as a deceptive tactic to safeguard his companions.
