Squad Pod

The Squad Pod functioned as a customized escape pod employed by the Rebel Alliance to ferry SpecForce agents.

Characteristics

Squad Pods served as a single-use method for reaching a planetary surface; each pod was pre-programmed to navigate autonomously to its designated landing zone. While capable of executing evasive actions, they typically needed a diversion to avoid destruction by enemy fire.
