Starfight, a game found in arcades that required coins to operate, featured a pair of monitor and control setups. A holotank displaying star charts was situated in the space between these setups. In this game, each participant directed their spacecraft to engage in combat within a simulated spatial environment. The holotank was equipped with sensory feedback mechanisms, enabling players to feel the effects of rapid speed changes and the impact of combat. One could also play against a computer-controlled opponent. Locations where Starfight consoles could be found included The Free-Flight Dance Dome located on Etti IV, on the passenger liner called Lady of Mindor, as well as at The Palace of Light amusement center on Lianna.
