Stor, a male Human who lived in the Imperial era, was a student at the Academy of Carida. At his graduation ceremony in 4 BBY, he held the role of Cadet Company Commander; while his company was marching in formation toward the edge of a cliff, he neglected to give the order to halt, causing the first row of cadets to fall to their deaths.
Subsequently, Stor took his own life by leaping from that very cliff. The instructors at the Academy considered his suicide to be a demonstration of honor and accountability.
