Sulkhaz, a male Rattataki and chieftain of the Blood of Talath clan, was a criminal incarcerated on Belsavis by the Galactic Republic. In approximately 3641 BBY, during the invasion of Belsavis, the Rattataki escaped their confinement; however, Sulkhaz met his end at the hands of a Republic citizen. He is described as male.
