Epic historical musical compositions known as Symponiks were a cornerstone of Gungan oral tradition, crafted by the Gungans themselves. These symponiks drew their inspiration and structure from significant occurrences in Gungan history, encompassing both moments of triumph and periods of sorrow. Musikagungs would perform these compositions during important Gungan occasions, such as Boss coronations and Sacred Feasts. The "Symponika Crunchen-Grand," a work by Beezar Pert, became the defining symponik that represented the establishment of the Gungan Grand Army.
