T-s5 proton torpedo launcher

The T-s5 proton torpedo launcher represents a specific type of proton torpedo launcher produced by Sienar Fleet Systems. On TIE/sa bombers, which were built by Sienar for the Galactic Empire, the forward-facing M-s3 concussion missile launchers could be swapped out for T-s5 proton torpedo launchers, contingent on the specifics of the mission. These bombers were capable of carrying twelve proton torpedos; the missile port was situated at the bottom of the craft's main body, underneath the sensor array and in the space between the cockpit pod and the ordnance pod. The TIE/sa's effectiveness in combat was maximized by using barrages of missiles to compensate for its limited agility, thereby destroying enemy ships before they got too close.
