Tala 1
Produced by Alliance to Restore the Republic strategist Adar Tallon,
Tala 1 was a Z-95t Headhunter manufactured during the Galactic Civil War, in which the Alliance fought the Galactic Empire.
Like every other Z-95t Headhunter, Tala 1 was equipped with a class 3 hyperdrive,
which was added so the starfighter could operate independently of capital ship support.
Alongside the class 3 hyperdrive, the Z-95t Headhunter model also offered greater maneuverability than the Z-95 Headhunter,
and Tala 1 was, individually, a heavily modified Headhunter.
By 4 ABY,
Tala 1 served in the Alliance's Tala Squadron. She was operationally assigned to support Alliance Special Forces commandos led by Crix Madine,
an Alliance general,
Colonel Airen Cracken piloted Tala 1; he was an Alliance spy and scout. Cracken frequently flew support missions for Madine's commando team.
