The Tarkin Detention Facility, also known as Tarkin Prison, functioned as an Imperial penal institution located on the planet Ruul, primarily serving as a place of confinement for political dissidents. Beri Tulon was slated for incarceration at this facility; however, Brenn Tantor successfully liberated him during a commando raid that occurred while Tulon was being escorted to the prison.
