Tax Chaplain

A government and religious figure among the Ugor people was known as a Tax Chaplain. When travelers arrived at the Paradise system, overflowing with the Ugors' discarded possessions, they were initially met by a Tax Chaplain. This official would then escort them to an audience with the superior Chief Tax Chaplain to settle the required entry and permit charges (which the Ugor considered a voluntary contribution). During the period between the Battle of Yavin and the Battle of Hoth, GrrKack of the Ugor species held the position of Tax Chaplain.
