Tecave City

Tecave City, the capital city of Cerea, and named after the Tecave plant, boasted a unique pronunciation (/tɛ'kɑve/) and was famed for its buildings with elaborate ornamentation and distinctive architecture. The predominant style of the city was semi-tall buildings, however, the Council of Elders resided in a large, metallic structure that appeared to be covered in plant life, standing out from the rest of the city.
