The Test represented a Yapi ceremony designed to evaluate an individual's merit. The challenger, equipped solely with a club, had to confront six sizable vessels situated within a pit that was ten-meter deep. While five of these vessels held nothing, the remaining one harbored a Maoi, a shapeless organism known to assault its victims by infiltrating their esophagus and consuming their inner anatomy. The participant needed to shatter a minimum of two vessels without setting the Maoi free, and this had to be done without examining the jars directly, although utilizing the Force or Ta-Ree magic to discern their contents was allowed. A candidate's worthiness was judged to be greater in proportion to the number of jars they successfully destroyed.
