The Jawa Trader, initially just named Jawa Trader, was a regular feature in the early editions of Star Wars Insider. This section, typically spanning six or more pages, showcased a diverse array of Star Wars products that readers could purchase.
Until Star Wars Insider 36, the pages contained mail-in order forms; subsequently, only a phone number or website address was provided for placing orders. It represented an updated iteration of The Lucasfilm Fan Club Merchandise Catalog from when the magazine was still known as The Lucasfilm Fan Club Magazine. Following Star Wars Insider 54, the section was temporarily discontinued, only to resurface in a revised form from issues 60 to 67, marking its final appearance.
Later, it was replaced by sections such as Toy Box, Jawa's Corner and Blaster, which covered forthcoming and recently released merchandise, dividing the content into categories like comics and books. These later sections did not offer any means of purchasing the featured items.
