The minor settlement known as The Puddle existed at the border of an oasis of the same name, detailed in this article. This oasis was situated on an isolated desert planet found within the Outer Rim. Overseen by the Gotal named Tilossa, the town largely went unnoticed by the rest of the galaxy. A swap meet, free from rules and legal issues, occurred there once every month.
