Third General Survey

The Third General Survey, an endeavor initiated by the Galactic Republic in 145 BBY, set out to investigate the spiral arms of the galaxy. This mission is credited with the discovery of the planet named Brath Qella. Regrettably, because of the rise of the Galactic Empire, the survey was cut short, leaving Brath Qella unexamined.

According to the survey's records, Brath Qella was classified as a temperate world, supporting a population of seven million inhabitants and possessing a primary ecosystem tentatively assessed at complexity level two. Nevertheless, when the New Republic returned to the planet in 16 ABY, they discovered that one-third of its land area was covered in glaciers, and the inhabitants had vanished.
