Toltoys

Toltoys, much like Palitoy in the UK, was the Australian toy entity responsible for the distribution of Star Wars toys from the original trilogy across south-east Asia and Oceania, operating under Kenner's licensing agreement. Just as Palitoy and Kenner utilized manufacturers in Hong Kong, Toltoys also saw some Star Wars figures produced in Taiwan. The distribution area for Toltoys included Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore, and the figures were marked with labels such as "Made in Hong Kong" or "Made in Taiwan," with certain stickers providing the more detailed "Made in Taiwan, Republic of China." Notably, Toltoys employed its own distinct packaging, which occasionally featured a misspelling of the company name as "Toltotys," and sometimes misspelled the name of Australia, too.
