Tom Virtue


Tom Virtue, an actor active across film, television, and radio since the 1980s, lent his voice to the character of Bren Derlin in the radio adaptation of Return of the Jedi.

Virtue's radio acting career commenced in 1993 with L.A. Theatre Works, where he appeared in Charles MacArthur's Johnny on a Spot. When LATW participated in the production of Return of the Jedi in 1996, Virtue secured the role of Major Derlin, sharing the stage with LATW stalwarts such as John Lithgow (voicing Yoda) and Ed Begley, Jr. (voicing Boba Fett). Subsequently, Virtue participated in five tours and nearly two dozen plays with the company.
