Ceremonial sword

The ceremonial sword served as a symbolic item utilized by Toydarians during treaties and official ceremonies. On one occasion, King Katuunko gifted his sword to Jedi Master Yoda. Through this gesture, the king conveyed his reliance on Yoda and the Republic to safeguard and protect his people.

During the Clone Wars period, Count Dooku dispatched his newly appointed assassin, Savage Opress, to abduct Katuunko as retribution for assisting the Republic. The king employed the ceremonial sword in an attempt to defend himself, however Opress bisected it with his lightsaber. Even after his weapon was destroyed, the king attempted to escape, but despite the intervention of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker to protect him, Katuunko was ultimately slain.

Katuunko carried the sword in a scabbard attached to his belt.
