Trade

A Trade signified an occasion where two tribes of the Abyssin people encountered each other within the desert regions of Byss. The meeting of two tribes, generally taking place at an artesian spring, would result in either a Trade or a Blooding depending on the quantity of food or water that was available. In instances where food and water were plentiful, a Trade would be initiated, involving the exchange of various items, including gaunts, armaments, and both young men and women, between the two tribes.
