The Lost Tribe of Sith, being the progeny of marooned Human Sith who established a settlement on Kesh after the Great Hyperspace War around 5000 BBY, managed this depository. This tribal intelligence depository served as a repository for information pertaining to internal adversaries of the Tribe's governing body within the Keshtah Minor continent. Before the exile of the renegade Parlan Spinner, Takara Hilts, the Prefect of Police, submitted an extensive dossier concerning Spinner to the depository.
