Tromonids, originating from the world of Rywin, possessed a deadly bite. These beings, due to their rapid reproduction, spread to five planets in the months following their initial detection. Jabba Desilijic Tiure once engaged in a transaction with Gaar Suppoon involving a Tromonid as a commodity. Jabba, in a fit of anger, discovered that Suppoon had provided him with an infertile Tromonid. Subsequently, Jabba unleashed the creature, resulting in Suppoon being bitten. Naturally, the Hutt exploited this circumstance, compelling Suppoon to surrender all of his merchandise in return for an antidote.
