In the course of the conflict, Trooper participated in defending a Republic fortress containing valuable Jedi artifacts that the Separatists were trying to seize.
Biography
Enlisting

Trooper, the future soldier, was a male Human clone derived from the bounty hunter Jango Fett. The Kaminoans on the planet Kamino engineered Trooper to be a clone trooper within the ranks of the Grand Army of the Republic, engaging in combat during the Clone Wars against the forces of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
Sometime during the hostilities, Trooper received information from Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi concerning significant Jedi artifacts. The Jedi Council became aware that the Separatists knew about the Republic's collection of Jedi relics. Acknowledging the risk of the Separatists gaining an advantage if they obtained these artifacts, Trooper relinquished their current assignment and went to the stronghold to protect them.
Reaching the outskirts of a command center, Trooper immediately engaged with B1-Series and B2-Series battle droids as they advanced towards the facility. Inside, Captain Rex informed Trooper that the Droid Army had found a vulnerability in the center's defenses and had infiltrated a section of the base. Though the situation was under control, Rex cautioned Trooper about the possibility of encountering battle droids en route to the extraction point. As Trooper moved through the base's corridors, they faced the battle droids Rex had mentioned.
Evacuation

Upon arriving at the extraction zone, Obi-Wan Kenobi informed Trooper that the designated transport had been lost en route and that they would need to defend their position until the arrival of the LAAT gunship. Trooper withstood waves of battle droids, including dwarf spider droids, while awaiting the gunship. After defeating the attacking droid forces, the gunship arrived to retrieve Trooper. Trooper then operated the gunship's port turret during the flight to the stronghold, destroying several STAPs and vulture droids.
The Republic stronghold, now a war zone, was too perilous for the gunship to land. Instead, the gunship landed away from the fighting and deployed Trooper with a BARC speeder. Trooper mounted the speeder and proceeded to rendezvous with Captain Rex. En route, Trooper engaged and defeated battle droids on STAPs, vulture droids, and a hailfire droid. After linking up with Rex and the platoon he had gathered, the group of clones boarded a transport headed for the Republic stronghold.
Fortifying the Stronghold

While on the transport, Trooper began firing upon the battle droids attacking the stronghold. The platoon successfully repelled the enemy forces long enough to land at the stronghold, which had been captured by the droid army. Trooper met up with Obi-Wan Kenobi, who had just dispatched a demolition team to breach a door. Once the door was open, Trooper and Kenobi entered the stronghold and fought their way to the base's core, eliminating droids along the way. They found the Jedi artifacts secure at the core, but the base was not yet entirely safe. Captain Rex assigned Trooper to the stronghold's sniper position to defend against external threats while Rex and his troops secured the interior.
Soon after securing the base, General Anakin Skywalker of the Jedi arrived at the base. Trooper was assigned to escort Skywalker to the main battlefield, taking the gunner position on the escort ship. Upon reaching the frontlines, Rex reorganized the Republic forces and prepared for a full-scale assault on the droid army. Rex gave Trooper a final task: return to the defense outpost and destroy the Separatists' Armored Assault Tank along the way. Following these orders, Trooper boarded a BARC speeder and headed to the outpost, encountering and destroying the AAT to successfully complete the mission.
Competencies and Capabilities
Trooper demonstrated skill in using various types of blasters. In addition, Trooper underwent heavy weapons training, making them a proficient gunner on various vehicles.
Gear

Trooper carried a DC-15S blaster carbine and DC-17 hand blaster, along with thermal detonators, during combat. Trooper was equipped with white Phase I clone trooper armor.
Later, Trooper's armor was decorated with blue markings, and they wore a kama.
Behind the Curtain
Trooper was featured in the Clone Trooper Blaster Game, a product of Tiger Electronics and developed by Santa Cruz Games. The game was launched in 2008. Each mission in the game has a medal that is awarded to the player for completing a certain challenge. This article presumes that the player has earned all ten mission medals, which results in Trooper getting blue markings on their armor and a kama.
