Ulek Talstin was a male outlaw, operating during the Galactic Civil War, employed by the Hutt crime lord, Jabba Desilijic Tiure. A spacer, sent by D'Mayna Stallaphalat, ultimately brought about his demise.
Within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, Ulek Talstin appeared as a non-player character. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts. The game was discontinued on December 15, 2011. Owing to the design of several earlier quests in the game, Ulek Talstin's species and physical form would change each time a player undertook the quest in which he appeared. He could appear as various species, including Aqualish and Rodians, among others. Consequently, it remains impossible to confirm Talstin's canon species. However, the dialogue provided by Stella during the quest suggested that Ulek Talstin was male.
