Senator Ulm Brashere served as the representative for the Seswenna sector within the Galactic Senate in the final century of the Galactic Republic. Back in 57 BBY, Ranulph Tarkin, who was an executive at Quintad Orbital Manufacturing, convinced Brashere to request that Supreme Chancellor Thoris Darus designate Tarkin as the sector's Governor-General for Seswenna. Subsequently, in 54 BBY, Tarkin took over Brashere's seat in the Senate.
