In the year 3 ABY, the Stranger arrived on the Forest Moon of Endor via a capsule. After the capsule's landing, the Stranger made his way toward the Dulok marshes. However, before leaving, he observed the Ewoks Wicket Wystri Warrick and Teebo happening upon the vessel. With the assistance of Latara and Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka, Wicket and Teebo attempted to bring the capsule back to Bright Tree Village. Wicket detached a fragment of the capsule and affixed it to his Belt of Honor as proof of the quest that would make him an Ewok warrior.

During the Ewoks' journey, the capsule began to emit a bright purple light and commenced spinning. The rotation accelerated until the capsule became a mere blur, prompting the Ewoks to step back in astonishment. Subsequently, the capsule disintegrated into a puff of smoke, leaving behind no evidence of its existence except for the "trophy" attached to Wicket's belt.
