A senior magistrate of Concord Dawn, a planet, was a male Devaronian. He aided the anti-Human Diversity Alliance due to his sympathies, and transferred several Human prisoners from Concord Dawn to Ryloth for them. Following the Alliance's collapse, his ultimate destiny remains a mystery, although it is thought he may have been apprehended and put to death by the Journeyman Protectors.
