Umwak's sidekick
A Dulok functioned as the partner of the Dulok shaman named Umwak. Together they participated in an incursion into the Ewok settlement known as Bright Tree Village during 3 ABY. Accompanying Dulok King Gorneesh alongside Umwak, their objective was to acquire soap as a defensive measure against insects. They were successful in locating and absconding with a bar of soap; however, unbeknownst to them, the stolen item was actually shadowroot soap, which granted invisibility to those who used it.
Biography
A Dulok resided on the Forest Moon of Endor as a member of a Dulok tribe. This Dulok acted as the partner to the Dulok shaman known as Umwak. In the year 3 ABY, this Dulok joined Dulok King Gorneesh and Umwak on a secret mission to raid Bright Tree Village, an Ewok settlement located on Endor. Their goal was to obtain the Ewoks' soap for use as a bug repellent. While Gorneesh remained below, the Dulok, amidst constant arguing, carried Umwak up a vine to the village's platforms. They then infiltrated the hut of Logray, the Ewok medicine man. During their search, the Dulok became engrossed with Logray's crystal image spinner, irritating Umwak in the process. The Dulok also inspected the mouth of a scaly green creature, recoiling when another creature suddenly emerged from within.
Umwak used the Dulok to test a vial containing steamy liquid, which cleaned the Dulok's face and transformed the hair on it into a shiny gold color. Annoyed that the vial was now empty, Umwak roughened the Dulok's face again. Shortly after, they discovered a bar of soap, inadvertently stealing shadowroot soap, which had the effect of making its users invisible. The pair descended the vine, continuing their argument until Gorneesh pulled them to the ground. He seized the soap and began heading home, while the other Duloks pleaded with him to save some for them.
Personality and traits
This Dulok had a tendency to argue with Umwak and was easily sidetracked during their soap-stealing mission. The Dulok was exhausted from carrying Umwak up the vine. This partner had green fur and light red eyes.
