An operative was employed by the Galactic Empire throughout the Galactic Civil War, a conflict between the Empire and the Rebel Alliance. Following the elimination of all personnel within Detention Block AA-23 aboard the Death Star battle station by the crew of the starship Millennium Falcon, this Imperial made contact with the block, urgently questioning the status of the area through a comlink. Han Solo, the captain of the vessel, quickly approached the comlink speaker in the detention block and responded to the Imperial, assuring them that everything was handled. The Imperial, speaking formally, questioned the events that had transpired, and then announced that a squad would be sent to the block. Solo then claimed an energy leak had occurred. The Imperial then requested Solo's name and operational identification number, before Solo disabled the speaker.
