During the initial phases of the Clone Wars conflict, the Confederacy of Independent Systems launched an offensive against the Falleen homeworld, which shares the same designation. Asajj Ventress managed to sneak into a temple, where she overcame the king's four Dashade protectors. This attack served as a ruse, enabling Count Dooku to enter the temple unnoticed. Dooku, with his activated lightsaber pressed against the king's neck, insisted that he deactivate the temple's defensive shields and surrender control of the planet to the Separatists.
