Unidentified Neimoidian commander

A commander of the Neimoidian species, and of the male gender, led the military might of the Confederacy of Independent Systems in the Battle over Kothlis. Upon learning that the strength of the Galactic Republic's military was almost the same as the Confederacy's, he commanded a withdrawal.
