Unidentified R5-series astromech droid

An R5-series astromech droid was part of Renegade Squadron, the crack Rebel Alliance unit, during a mission circa 0.5 ABY to liberate Rebel prisoners who were enslaved on the planet of Tatooine. After the mission, the bounty hunter Boba Fett had covertly attached a tracking device to the R5 unit, thereby enabling the Galactic Empire to follow the Rebels from Tatooine back to their base located on Boz Pity.
