During the era of the Galactic Civil War, a squadron dedicated to training was stationed on the Victorious, which served as the flagship for the Qeimet fleet. Because the Scimitar assault wing experienced losses in battle during the assault of U'Dray within the Hook Nebula campaign, pilots from the training squadron were reassigned to it.
