• To clarify, I am not an administrator, and yes, anyone has the ability to give a cookie to another user. Regarding Thrawn, I'm unsure how you discovered him, but he hasn't been active since 2010. However, I see that your welcome template is from that time. Are you currently using the Oasis skin (also known as "New Wikia Look")? Most of us here use Monobook and our code is designed for that interface. Images should function regardless of the skin, but you might want to try switching to Monobook to see if it resolves the issue. To do this, click "my preferences" under your username in the top right corner. In the "Appearance" section, there is a "Layout" field. Change the selection from "Wikia" to "MonoBook."
