Regarding Eye Color and Affiliation Under Abersyn Symbiote or Scourge Control

My understanding was that a character's eye color listed on their page reflected their actual eye color, and if their eyes changed from their natural color, that change would be noted. Is this not the established procedure when an external entity inhabits or alters a character's body, causing a change in eye color? When characters are controlled by a hive mind, doesn't that inherently mean they are affiliated with it, even if against their will? I believed that the parenthetical notes "(as a vessel)" and "(under the influence of ...)" sufficiently explained that the character's eye color and affiliation were technically altered without their true eye color and affiliation being permanently changed. They are affiliated, but only in their capacity as a vessel, and their eyes appeared purple, but only while infected by the Scourge, etc. For example, Luke's eyes do turn purple when he is infected by the Scourge, even though it's a result of the infection. I'm seeking clarification on this matter, particularly regarding droid/cyborg pages where numerous instances exist of eye color, sensor color, and affiliation being listed as different when under the Scourge's influence. I'd like to consistently remove these instances across all pages to align with whatever rule administration deems appropriate. What are the precise guidelines concerning the affiliation, eye color, and sensor color of characters when they are subjected to mind-altering or eye color-altering entities? -MontztheMan02 (talk) 04:31, 30 January 2025 (UTC)

Edit Conflict Situation

Hello, I noticed your recent edits to the WESTAR-M5 blaster rifle page. I'm currently experiencing an edit conflict with another user who has been using multiple accounts, specifically three, to attempt to remove the Star Wars Galaxies content from the page. I've already issued a warning on their talk page, but they seem persistent. Could you please take a look at the situation? Regards, Hk 47 (talk) 12:52, 25 February 2025 (UTC)

  • Just to be clear about the multiple accounts issue, you can observe in the page history two separate registered users and one unregistered user making identical edits within a short span of one to two weeks. Hk 47 ( talk ) 13:53, 25 February 2025 (UTC) This has been confirmed through CheckUser, thank you. I've advised them on the Wook Discord to use only one account, and that further edits from the other account will result in a block. However, the edits appeared to be made in good faith and were not acts of vandalism. It appears they have ceased their actions for the time being. In the future, it would be preferable if content disputes could be resolved through reasoned arguments in edit summaries or on talk pages. OOM 224 15:35, 25 February 2025 (UTC) Indeed, I fully agree with you. I didn't invest much effort in engaging with them, but I disliked their immediate resort to switching accounts to circumvent me instead of simply requesting an explanation. Best, Hk 47 (talk) 15:48, 25 February 2025 (UTC)

Appreciation!
