This tavern of the industrial type was found in a disused section of a Bespin construction platform; it was crammed with various tanks and pipelines, and it gained notoriety for dispensing a diverse selection of prohibited beverages.

The Vapor Room provided a place for the Ugnaughts who lived and worked in Cloud City to relax and unwind, offering them respite from their typical construction duties within the larger city.
