The Velusian fursnake constituted a type of reptilian serpent, originating from the volcanic, rock-strewn isles of Velusia. Their ecological role was to manage the avian life on the islands, functioning as the primary predatory species.
Despite being reptilian, the fursnake possessed a dense fur layer that aided in thermoregulation. Its triangular-shaped head and toothy mouth, while intimidating and capable of inflicting harm, served as a distraction from its venom-injecting, osseous tail-stinger. A solitary sting typically sufficed to induce paralysis in its quarry or an Aquar unfortunate enough to tread upon it.
